Deering is an esteemed leader in Land Development Civil Engineering, with over two decades of experience across California. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, a California and Nevada Professional Engineering (PE) license, and is a Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner (QSD/P). Her career has been marked by her ability to successfully lead a diverse range of development projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet regulatory, environmental, and community standards.

Deering’s expertise in navigating California’s complex regulatory landscape, particularly around zoning laws and environmental guidelines, has made her a trusted advisor in the field. She is renowned for integrating sustainable practices into civil engineering, ensuring projects meet today’s needs while contributing positively to future generations. Under her leadership, her teams have consistently delivered innovative solutions in urban planning and resource management, earning numerous industry accolades, including the prestigious American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) International Opal Award for the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California in 2022.
